• Subterranean & Industrial Logistics Core: Managed full life-safety and fire-rated installations across a long subterranean utility corridor connecting the buildings for traffic and supplies. Ground-level installations included a heavy-duty, high-frequency first-floor loading dock infrastructure and an integrated campus shuttle transit hub.
